I had a great time this weekend singing at Eudora Fest. I saw an old friend and it was good to talk with the people running the festival. We had a cake walk and gave away a lot of goodies. I’m going to be at the Maple Leaf festival in Baldwin in two weeks. I don’t know about the times yet but it will be in the afternoon on Saturday and Sunday. You need to bring the little ones around and we will have fun singing and moving to the music. At school the 5th and 4th grades are working hard on their program, “Vote 2008.” We are handing out parts and learning all the songs. Eugene Field will be on Tuesday, October 28th and Eisenhower will be on Monday, November the 3rd. Both programs will start at 7:00 p.m. If you don’t have anyone in the show still free the come watch, it will be fun and it has a good message. Get Out And VOTE!!!!!!!! Alan
